What the pilot stores — and what it does not.

This provisional notice describes the current private friends pilot. It has not been externally reviewed and is not authorization for public, paid or prize-bearing operation.

Information currently processed

  • Account details such as name, email address, preferred language and authentication data.
  • Privacy-minimized session information: device/browser label, creation time and recent activity, so you can review and revoke sessions.
  • Organization and Competition memberships, invitations, administrative roles and review decisions.
  • Submitted fantasy teams, predictions, deadlines, scores and auditable result corrections.
  • Unsubmitted squad and prediction drafts, stored privately per participant so work can continue on another device.
  • Support requests and replies when you contact Sporila.

Not currently used

The pilot has no entry fees, prizes or platform charges. Dormant payment and prize configuration is not approved for use. The application does not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels or application analytics. No production hosting environment is active yet.

Responsibility

Sporila operates accounts, authentication, security, technical operation and scoring. Each organiser manages the participants and Competitions of its invited group. The exact legal roles still require professional review before any public or commercial launch.

Questions and privacy requests

For access, correction, export, deletion or objection questions, contact us. Account export is available, but automated account closure is not implemented yet. Some Competition and score history must remain consistent for audit and dispute handling; product retention periods are defined, while remaining provider-retention evidence is still being collected.

Cookies and draft storage

Authentication uses essential cookies. Unfinished fantasy drafts are saved privately on the Sporila server and temporarily in localStorage on your device for recovery. Submission removes the matching draft; unsubmitted server drafts are scheduled for deletion 30 days after their deadline. No optional analytics or advertising storage is used.
